Errors coming up on screen for certain games and cannot be played. Some categories have no games loaded. PlayStation games cannot be played properly as the controls don't function so can only move forward & side to side, no aim for shooting games. Only the classic arcade seem to work properly.

Doesn't work. Can't see the menu with the full games. You press a button and it will bring a random game on and then the screen will turn on. I've tried resetting it and everything but I can't see the list on games. Had it 1 day

Product arrived on time, unfortunately the game console was blank and did not come with any games, I’ve requested a refund and sent emails but had no response, avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere if possible

Battery won't charge now 4 days after return date

This is the second time that we have ordered this game and on delivery it hasn’t worked. Although the system can be switched on and an opening screen appears, the screen then turns black and even having followed the instructions it still doesn’t work. Delivery, return and refund system are all good.

Just arrived. I played Street Fighter 2, it was glitchy. I then played FIFA Street it was glitchy. Now we have Street Fighter 2 and FIFA Street fighting each other for appearance on the screen.

Half the games are demos and not able to be played

Ordered this and didn't arrive in the time scale given, then arrived with a smashed screen protector so purchased my own. The console itself is good to play on and I loved it until it went faulty the other night and the buttons and screen went faulty. 3 stars for quick refund. Thanks

Only used a hand full of time now won’t load ???

This is amazing little game console I bought for my sons 7th birthday in two weeks I can’t wait to show him the games I grew up playing brings back great memories. I can’t believe the price for it and all the games you get. Well worth it. So happy with it. 10/10
