Seller not at fault but tablets don't work. Tried several nights in a row, then tried 2 tablets and eventually 3...still didn't work. I did wonder how they could be genuine when it needs to be prescribed in the UK.

Ordered these thinking I was getting 130mg of Melatonin but infact they are only 1mg. I have not tried them yet but I would be very surprised if they work. Reason for this is because my grandchild is prescribed 5mg of melatonin and his only 6. How can 1mg be suitable for an adult, watch this space.

Sleep-Well Melatonin 130mg Tablets
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin at bedtime.
SUPPLEMENT FACTS: Each tablet contains on average 130mg of Melatonin.
INGREDIENTS: microcrystalline cellulose, stabilizer: lactose monohydrate "Supertab", GLUTEN wheat starch, anti-caking agents: lactose monohydrate, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica; melatonin 1 mg, glazing agent: talc.
Usage: for adults 1 tablet at bedtime.
Consult your doctor before use. Not recommended in case of individual intolerance of components, for women during pregnancy and lactation, for people with autoimmune diseases, as well as children. Drivers must use with care as tablets may cause drowsiness and slow down the reaction time. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, at room temperature.
