The blister pack is in russian. Are these really Melatonin?
Says on pack for adults to take 1mg but the pack are 130mg.
Made for a UK company.
So unsure whether safe to take

Would give 0 stars if I could. Tablets do not work. Anyone who says they do must have a decent sleep cycle. Also the tablets come in Russian packaging. So hard to no what ur really taken.
Consult your doctor before use. Not recommended in case of individual intolerance of components, for women during pregnancy and lactation, for people with autoimmune diseases, as well as children. Drivers must use with care as tablets may cause drowsiness and slow down the reaction time. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in the original packaging, in a dry place, at room temperature.
If melatonin isn’t working, possible reasons may include:
•Too much light exposure – Blue light from screens can suppress melatonin production.
•Wrong timing – Taking it too early or too late can throw off your sleep cycle.
•Incorrect dosage – Too much or too little can be ineffective.
•Caffeine or stimulants – These can interfere with melatonin’s effects.
•Underlying sleep disorders – Conditions like insomnia or sleep apnea may need different treatments.
•Body’s natural production – If your body already produces enough, extra melatonin may not help.
•Other medications or medical conditions – Some drugs or health issues may interfere with melatonin’s effects.
