Absolutely rubbish. In fact I think it's dangerous. Will be returned immediately. There is no weight in. I'm holding it with my pinky therefore no support for your upper body when rolling it. Rubbish product. Do not buy

Inside the box, the instructions say there's a timer, so where is it? No instructions on actually how to use it plus the instructions were torn. So I'm confused as to what you actually were supposed to get!! Says exercise plan, but because it's torn I have no idea what's what
