Pretty poor quality. Thin and flimsy plastic. Had to open the holes out because the handle pins wouldn't pop through. I don't expect this to last longer than a few months.

Best machine what l buy you burn your abs you feel it on your belly 2 days how good this ab roller is if you want lost the belly fast. I work out every second day and 100 repeats and it's works just feel it my belly is more stronger.
