Product Details
The Otovent autoinflation device is the only clinically effective, drug-free and non-surgical care for glue ear or Otitis Media with Effusion. Otovent balloon also equalises pressure in the middle ear for use during a flight or as a visual aid to equalising, an essential Scuba Diving technique.
Directions
Connect the otovent device to the nose piece and hold the rounded end against the right nostril. Press the left nostril closed with your other hand. Inhale deeply, close your mouth, and inflate the glue ear balloon via your nose until it is approximately the size of a grapefruit. Repeat this procedure with the left nostril.
Cautions
Keep out of reach of children. The treatment of children must always be supervised by an adult. Toy balloons should never be used in performing the Otovent method as they do not give the proper inflation pressure and may cause treatment failure.
