Camera quality is super clear, and easy to connect up to my phone
Was surprised how much wax was in my ear! Cleaned it all out and I could hear WAY better and it got rid of tinnitus which I have been trying to get rid of for YEARS!!

I got a bit of wax in my ear but couldn't get that rest if out. The prong on the end of the wax remover didn't go far enough to clean my ear out properly . I was so disappointed when you watched the video on how to use it.it made it look so easy but it wasn't

Is tiny so even a very small amount of wax looks huge. Camera quality is good though and it was easy to set up

Product is crap download app got to stage ready to use and no camara showing tried several attempts and methods product was fully charged didn't seem broke as torch was lit when asked on the live stream why it was happening I got blocked by the user refund definetly requested
