Was ok not like the old school type which was more robust made to last

Defo can feel it pulling chest muscles, bought the highest resistant one, videos could’ve better shown the difference between each.

This product is for professional bodybuilders not ordinary people it’s stiff to bend you need to be some way down the bodybuilding route for this product. I wish they had said in order to used this product your need to fairly fit instead of just saying you want to get rid of your man boo’s. Waste

Almost Impossible to use, it’s way too stiff & doing any of the exercises on the print sheet that comes with it are too difficult to do without hurting your self.. shame 🙄

The spring loaded lock in pins. One of them doesn't work. Rubbish quality. Why oh why do I buy from Tic Toc. 3 items bought now. Never again
