Bought as a Christmas present for my partner and turns out you need a power bank! No where on the listing says this, so very misleading! My partner was really looking forward to trying it out

Didn't come with any power bank/rechargeable heating element wasn't in the package

These seem really good, bought another 2 as presents for my daughters. They work well. You can plug them in or use wth a powerbank (which is obviously not included otherwise it would be a lot more money). Recommended for keeping hands warm or for tummy pains. 😊😊😊
