XS fits enough to cinch,its actually pretty easy to put on and its comfortable enough to sit in atleast.

I bought an xxl and it's far too tight for me. I am a size 14 in clothes. Other than that the quality is great and a great wee piece to wear.

I really like this item, it is much more effective than standard Bridget jones shapewear pants. I am a 12 and got size L per size guide but I'm going to reorder in the M since I can easily fit this one on the tightest setting, so I think the smaller one will benefit me even more.

So comfortable easy to breathe and everything else 100% recommend

This waist trainer is amazing. Super comfortable, usually a size 10 due to large rib cage, purchased a size small. Comfortable to work out in and sleep in, boning it high quality and non invasive- first one I’ve purchased with extra waist strap and couldn’t be happier

Good sizing, I’m a 12 5ft9 and I got a Large, it’s a squeeze but I can get it on the third to the end, so I’ve got quite a few rows to tighten as I lose weight, it is quite long it fits from my bra line to below my trousers so it’s tucked in your jeans. Really good quality really thick and sturdy
