How to make yogurt at home?
Yogurt is fermented at steady temperature of 38-40C. A yogurt maker or slow cooker/multicooker/instant pot (with a yogurt regime), or a well-insulated thermos flask is required to make live yogurt at home.
You can use cow, goat, sheep or lactose-free milk.
The higher the milk fat, the creamier and thicker your yogurt will be. We recommend using whole milk.
