The product arrived broken , when unpackaged and opened the box

I got them just in time to get my fat A$$ back down to 11 stone

I purchased this item as a birthday gift for my partner. Today, upon opening the package, I discovered that the glass surface exhibited noticeable scratches as shown in the attached pictures, the product still works but the scratches really put me off

not good at all cheap rubbish the measurements are wrong 99.9 kg is 15,7 stone but your app says 15,10 stone! i will never order again.

Arrived in a terrible state! All broken, smashed and wires hanging out

I’ve received my weight scale but it’s not working I change my batteries twice try to connect with my phone but blue tooth not working aswell,I think so it’s faulty piece
