My product has come smashed

When I opened my package today it was all smahed

Can’t pair it to phone and there’s nowhere for battery’s

Doesn't link up to phone Trys to get you to register to a monthly payment subscription It's a concern for sure

Nice looking scales I got the white, I have a Google pixel 6 Android phone I downloaded OKOK from Google app didn't need to pay. Only problem is I can't connect via Bluetooth. So it's useless. Unless you want normal bathroom scales this would be it. It's a shame really.
