I love these patches they’ve really helped with my problem of grinding my teeth I used to wake up with horrible tooth ache and I haven’t since wearing them I put 2 patches on and it really does work

I have use the sample of sleeping head patch it was wonderful. I had a very sleepless night for years due to pain over the body getting cramps but when I used the sleeping head patch i had an amazing sleep my body was relaxed. Yes I can recommend 👌

I have a very overactive mind and sometimes when I’m trying to get to sleep. I just have all these things running through my mind. This patch helps me relax and stop those thoughts and makes falling asleep a lot easier. I put the patch on a few hours before I want to sleep - that works well for me.
