Been using sleepy head for almost a year, I came off prescription meds and use these instead now. I’ve struggled with sleep for 20 years and these are the first things to work without leaving that “hangover” from sleeping tablets or as such. Can’t be without them

Never been more blown away by this incredible combination. I have suffered for years with cortisol induced insomnia and the combination of the eye mask, patches and meditation has helped me to feel more like the person I should be. 100% recommend 💜

These patches are definitely helping with my sleep. Nice smell. Only downside is the sticky mark that’s left after removal, but wouldn’t put me off buying again. Maybe you could provide removal of stony stuffwipes.
