The traditional ropes are too short for most experienced athletes.
Using them for a tricep extension causes most people to internally rotate and fail to train the tricep in full shortened range.
The TRI-GRIPS Double Length Rope solves this problem.
Measuring 1.4m total in length, they allow you to get the tricep in the shortened range and contract your arm behind your hips.
Overhead extensions with the Tri-Grips too. Allowing your arms to follow a natural path above you and ultimately allowing you to train them through the largest range of motion possible.
