To help preserve battery life, this moisture meter includes an auto power-off if there is no input after 15 minutes.

This moisture meter is designed to make it as simple as possible to test the type of wood you require. In order to do so, it groups woods together and allows you to easily calibrate the reader to the correct group. Below you can find information on which group is most suited to each setting:
