Description says "permanent adhesive vinyl" but the letters are coming away from the mug, fresh out the parcel.
The letter S has been mistakenly cut in half, which should have been rectified.
Altogether, it just seems like a very cheap, rushed job. I expect better for a mug that's £13 in total.
