I was so looking forward to receiving this, however the glass straw was smashed as it wasn’t packaged or wrapped in anything they put the straw inside the glass cupping causing it to smash, I am now unable to use this cup, very disappointed

Came broken and pieces. Packaging was not good and not secure. Could've done a better job with the Packaging. Disappointed. Was looking forward to using my cups
