The package came on pieces, no manual for how to couple it. I later figured out how to couple together, but the head holding the brush for cleaning was already attached, but wasn't standing upright. Had to unscrew it to fix. I must say it's a whole lot of work. Am not happy going through the stress.

Parts don’t fit in each other, plastic is flimsy at best. Can’t use because the shaft doesn’t fit into the mop head, waste of money straight in the bin.

Rubbish. The water leaks out through the wheels on the bucket. Worst mop and bucket I've had. I gave it 1 star 🌟 for the mop but overall it's Rubbish!! 😌

Not happy with this smart mop and bucket, mop to small handle need to be longer and flimsy and the bucket to small and handle not strong water falls out to the bucket all over the floor. Do not buy poor quality.
