Happy with packaging and delivery. Mop looks very nice with matching bucket. Took a little while to figure out how the spin action worked but all good got the mop to spin in bucket. Havent practically used yet but shall do soon. Overall happy with product. Plug is missing! Please send to me

Item arrived in a damaged box, the handle of the mop was faulty and wouldn't go up vertical, which didn't allow mop to turn in bucket. Good communication with customer service and I was refunded immediately. I gave the item away to a charity shop 😁

The mop is great, however the bucket arrived with a crack by the wheel, which ended up with water all over the floor
