Beautiful honey. I bought 2 jars and am nearly through the first. Just love it with lemon, ginger and warm water. Would be great if you could produce lemon ginger honey.

Well, it’s not cheap but it’s proper honey and not the mixed stuff you get in the supermarket
It’s taste is not strong but really nice
The health benefit is great and I will be buying it again

Runny Blossom Honey
A true taste of the Yorkshire countryside. At Herd & Hive, we have lots of Bee hives within our apiary that we care for on a daily basis. Our Honey bees are not fed any sugar or substitutes, they collect nectar from all local flowers, brambles and crops and turn it into the gorgeous honey we can then supply to you.
We do not add any additional ingredients or do any processing. The Honey is cold extracted and cold filtered as we remove it from the hive and then straight into a jar for you.
Due to this honey containing no preservatives or added ingredients, all honey will crystalize if kept in a cool environment. This is a natural process that would occur in the hive - if this happens, simply pop the jar in a bowl of warm water and the honey will soon turn back into the runny consistency
