Whole milk powder, also known as FCMP (full cream milk powder), or full fat dried milk, is derived from fresh, pasteurised cow’s milk which has also undergone additional heat treatment and evaporation before being spray-dried. Usage & Storage

Dosage depends on application. Simply mix with any drink, or use it directly in your recipes. Once liquid has been added, prepare the product and store it in a refrigerated environment. Consume the prepared mixture within a few days. Keep the milk powder in a dry place, at room temperature away from heat sources. Make sure the lid is tightly sealed after every use. This milk powder is not adapted to be used as infant feeding. Free from gluten. Suitable for lacto-vegetarians.

Reconstitution Tips

For recombining we recommend 100g of dried milk powder for 900ml of water giving approximately 1 litre of milk (1:9 ratio). To prevent lumps when mixing with water we recommend using a stick blender. Alternatively, you can create a milk paste solution by thoroughly dissolving the powder in a small amount of lukewarm water. Then gradually stir the solution into your main beverage to ensure even incorporation.
