My son is 7yrs old and diagnosed ASD/ADHD - Started these 3 nights ago and oh my days! So prev to gummies he would sleep approx 3am till 6/7am daily I was worn out and needed a good sleep. Last 3 nights sleep by 11pm and I’ve had to wake him at 7.30am! So far so good and I feel good too xx
