Honestly these have really helped my son. He is 10 and finds it very difficult to sleep. I usually have to wait up to 2 hours in the past for him to stop fidgeting and moving. I have him these an hour before bed and he was asleep at his usual time only had to wait 20

Absolutely love these my son is ADHD and struggles to sleep at night but since having these for 2 months ago now onto the 3rd month he sleeps so well! I’d recommend setting up a night time routine when he/she takes there gummy 1hr before bed and has that hour chill time in bed before sleeping 😴
