Faulty and incorrect goods must be returned to us in perfect condition, with all applicable packaging intact. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Any goods returned without an authorization number will NOT be processed. 

Returns and Refunds

Your rights to return goods are protected under the UK Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, not including the cost of delivery unless item is faulty or an incorrect item has been dispatched.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or miss-described if a fault happens within 28 days of delivery we will offer you a refund or a replacement will be sent out. We do not cover faults caused by incorrect fitting of the part, accident, wear and tear or misuse.
