A staple at all Bangladeshi weddings, this dish is marinated in a mixture of yogurt and spices such as garlic, onion, ginger, chilli, white pepper, cardamom, coriander, cumin, mace, cinnamon, nutmeg, saffron, and bay leaf. Resulting in the authentic Bangladeshi wedding (Biya Barir) Roast.

To prepare this dish, fry the meat and chopped onion in heated oil until both are light brown, and set them aside in two different vessels. Next, mix sour yoghurt, Radhuni Roast Masala, sugar, fried meat, and 1/2 cup of water with the remaining oil in a pan and saute for a few minutes. Add additional water as needed and cook until the gravy is thick. Once the gravy has formed, remove the pan from the heat and garnish the cooked meat with fried onion.

With no need to add salt, this recipe serves 8 people and is ready to eat once prepared.
