Condimaniac's very own Ranch-style seasoning and dry-mix. 100% plant based/vegan.
Goes great with: Cauliflower wings, fried chicken, salads, chips, burgers, pizza etc.
To make a dressing just mix equal parts (by volume) of All The Ranch, Mayonnaise and Milk (to keep vegan use vegan mayo and unsweetened plant milk such as soy). Or stir directly into sour cream or Greek yoghurt.
Ingredients (allergens in bold): Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Parsley, Lemon Juice Powder (Lemon Juice Concentrate, Maltodextrin), Dill, Chives
May contain soy, sesame, celery, mustard, peanuts, tree nuts.
100% plant based.
Base recipe:
In a bowl, combine 1 tsp All The Ranch powder, 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp milk (unsweetened plant milk works great, too). Scale up as needed. Stir well and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
Once prepared, keep refrigerated and use within 2 days.
Tweak to your own liking though as some people like it weaker, stronger, soupier or thicker. You can also stir the powder directly into sour cream or Greek yoghurt to taste.
