Bad the package was open and a mess in the package of mix not happy when Supposed to be seed bag and what You said get out of it it was spicy, not tandoori

Ingredients
Red chillies
Turmeric black pepper cardamom dry coriander bay leaves cloves cumin powder ginger cinnamon.
500g boneless chicken pieces or chicken wings
70g Mumbai bites tandoori masala
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of oil
1/2 tsp of either yellow or red colour powder
1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dry methi (fenugreek)
1/4 tsp black pepper 1 tablespoons mixed ginger and garlic
Juice of 1 lemon
Butter or ghee for basting
Cooking method
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
If using boned chicken slit the larger pieces then marinate the chicken pieces or wings in the wet mixture.
Mix well and leave for 2-3 hour
Then arrange the pieces either on an oven tray to cook in the oven with a 180 c for 15 minutes turn over and baste the meat with the ghee and continue cooking till the chicken is cooked . Likewise it can be cooked in the air fryer for 20 minutes total turning over in 10 minutes.
