The colourful medley of vegetables compliment the flavours of the thick, curry sauce, making it a great choice for lunch or dinner.
It is best paired with our jeera rice, but you can also enjoy it with naan.
Make sure you have a measuring jug so that you can ALWAYS add the correct quantity of water!
