Very good for exfoliating. Some bits of the material come away while your using it, but I think maybe that is because it's new. You only need a small bit of shower gel or soap, it lathers up alot and very quickly.

This isn’t quite the same as real African net sponges, but it does the job almost as well. Skin has never been smoother and felt as clean after showering since using it. Great for exfoliation post leg shaving. Taken 1 star off bc the edges aren’t secure and little bits fall off sometimes.

It’s exfoliates really well and helps lather the skin.
