I got 2 of these, they're very big, I cut 1 in half. The lather you get is great, makes your skin so soft and kinda plump, it stimulates blood flow well, exfoliates and cleans brilliantly. I absolutely love them and I can't recommend it enough. The only thing I will say use it gently to get usedtoit

If this is what African men and women have been using for years, I now understand why their skin is so soft and supple, I used this earlier and it's one of the best things I've ever had for bathing and showering, It does feel slightly rough but just amend the pressure, your skin will love it. Great.
