Ordered to help with migraines. Keep it in the fridge, freezer to cold for me. It helps reduce my pain, very soothing. Also a snug fit which helps with my pressure in my head.

Very comfortable and I really like the compression sensation. A must have in hot weather or for migraine girlies. I love this also to regulate my temperature. Only criticism is it doesn't stay cold for very long but can't be helped, worth the pennies!

Bought this for for my boyfriend to help with hid migraines, he said it is brilliant, it cools down his head and the tightness put pressure on the points that are sore and relieves the pain. Definitely worth a try for the price

Quite a tight fit and I have a small head (baseball caps on smallest fitting etc) but I liked the tightness and the pressure it applied to my head. Especially during a migraine as this meant I didn’t also need to wrap my head in addition to wearing my standard ice cap.
