I keep mine in the fridge whenever it is not in use so it’s always ready to go. It makes such a difference to instant relief and saves from regular purchases of soothing strips whilst also blocking out the light. Can’t recommend enough.

Top tip- leave it in the fridge for half hour and it will be so cool and soothing on your head. I sleep in this every night now and have never slept so well!!!
