Our locally sourced Sirloin steaks have been dry-aged for at least 28 days. All our Sirloin steaks come farms where they are grass feed and slow grown to give a deep flavour. We guarantee that they will be delicious, tender and of better quality than anything you will find on the supermarket shelves.
Each pack comes with 2 Sirloin steaks approx. weight of 250g , They will be packed in our special cool packing with along with ice packs to keep them cold while on route direct to your door.
All out meat order are be hand cut and prepared by our butcher and delivered to you within 2 working days of you pacing your order.
