Can't really say that this are that effective, for the price

These are alright with helping to go, however I don't think they did anything for my bloating.

Only got delivered today so haven't actually used it, watch this space

The fit is a normal box like you get at the shops for paracetamol box size , the colour is a mint green 💚 the taste is like dry coating of dry corn 🌽 with a natural herb taste? It does take about 5 days to really see effects but when they start to work. Then it's a nice small action of an affect
