Product arrived in a dirty velvet pouch as if it had been a return from a previous customer. Very disappointing as it was purchased for a birthday gift! This probably means the device has been in another home and not hygienic to be used on face.

Not a bad product, feels nice. Lots saying can be used straight on the skin, but I find it can pull a bit because it rotates. Much more comfortable with a bit of skincare on first.

Glad I bought this .The vibration feels so nice on my face. Good weight to it ,feels expensive. Only recieved a few days ago but I've been using for a few minutes morning and night and I do feel a difference instantly like my face has just had a massage so I'm gonna keep using. Great product !
