Great helps me sleep, when I'm out of zopiclone not as good but gets the job done most of the time and obviously this shouldn't be a comparison but definitely helps makes you feel less tense makes you feel a bit sleepy and just wind you down.

Wrong product arrived, the new design doesn’t include the melatonin as per the previous bottle (both bought within the last two months) So this won’t work as well, I really liked using these as well

These gummies are insane! I took 2 at 6pm last night and passed out on the sofa within 20mins and I was old cold for hours. Best sleep I’ve had in a long time

Out of all the sleep gummies I've tried these are the best as worked great as asleep within 30 mins instead of the 2 hours before taking them

Used to love these however since they no longer have melatonin in they don’t work for me
