Flavor：Decent flavour, quite chalky and gritty but this is only due to the high dosages of quality ingredients, so not a complaint.
Performance：Helps to keep you motivated especially nearing to the end of training, good pump and no crash.

Literally on a calorie deficit at the moment, tried many pre workouts that are just crammed with Beta alanine and make you feel weird, this stuff is absolutely amazing. You don’t feel the come up at all so odd for some, but the workouts and pumps are wonderful! Feels like i’m in a surplus

About as optimal as you can get with the amount of ingredients.
Taste is standard.
Texture is chalky - TO BE EXPECTED when you include such a high concentration of active ingredients like glycersize.
One star reviews dont have a clue.

Pump, focus, energy all incredible. Strongest I've been and I recover so much faster. No harsh crash off the back of it but it is very strong so I only take 1.5 scoops
Flavour is okay but needs to be mixed well (as stated). I'm not buying it for the Flavour so I'm not marking it down
