Product description
•Myo-Inositol (commonly known at Vitamin B8) is water-soluble vitamin-like nutrient which is involved in numerous processes in the body, including production of neurotransmitters and hormonal balance.
•One of the roles of Myo-Inositol in the body is the development of ovarian follicles which secrete hormones that influence stages of the menstrual cycle.
•Each capsule provides 500mg of Myo-Inositol enriched with 50mcg of L-5-MTHF, suggested dose is 4 capsules a day.
Directions: Take two capsules twice daily.
Ingredients: Myo-Inositol, L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate calcium, Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
