This is great for soothing achy muscles. I’ve been using a lot of my shoulder areas where I get a lot of aches. It definitely helps ease the aches and also I find the scent helps to clear my sinuses. Definitely recommend the magnesium products.

Really enjoyed this product initially but it did leave this really waxy feeling residue that took hours to sink into my skin which personally I found really uncomfortable especially before bed.

Honestly i am sceptical with muscle balms but i had to try this one as i have fnd which causes muscle pain, i used some on my elbow earlier as it was sore and it really eased it off and it was a massive relief, the smell of the muscle rescue balm is beautiful and it feels so soft on the skin 🥰🥰
