I've been using this since joining S.S. and I cannot express just how good is been for my sleep. I live with a chronic pain issue after a lousy spinal surgery and had years unable to get to sleep but after using this excellent supplement I'll be off before I get through 2,3 chapters of an audio book!! On one occasion I found another odd looking capsule in the bottle... one message to the wonderful Kate at S.S. and a replacement was sent out immediately (just in case) I fast 19hrs daily and my immunity and system is supported brilliantly by S.S. and their products.
