Although Customer Service was somewhat responsive , this had to be one of the most stressful and unnecessarily frustrating deliveries I’ve ever experienced. When my package finally got delivered, it arrived broken. The company stated they were going to send out a new lid. I’ve had no update

My makeup stayed but it didn’t feel too secure if that makes sense, i prefer the L'Oréal setting spray over this because that lasted much longer and kept everything intact. Thought I’d try this since everybody was raving about it 😭
