Kryolan Liquid Glass is a viscous preparation with a low alcohol content which evens out skin details and dries to an extremely glossy finish. It is applied to the skin in several lavish layers, which should dry in between - a hair dryer speeds this up if necessary. The fully dried film is completely transparent, very reflective and appears almost like a glass coating. Liquid Glass can be used over large areas or to accentuate details. Liquid Glass can be lifted as a film after completely drying or it can be gently rubbed off with warm water and soap.
Kryolan Liquid Glass takes note from the Korean skincare trend of “glass skin”. This unique formula leaves a translucent, faultless, crystal-like skin complexion, similar to that of a porcelain / china doll.
Kryolan Liquid Glass was suggested to be the product used by Pat McGrath to achieve the "glass skin" effect at the The Maison Margiela Couture Show, sending the internet into meltdown.
Directions
After initial application and drying, a second layer of the transparent liquid is applied. After the second drying, the product is abrasion-resistant and leaves a mirror-like shine effect on the skin. Washable with water.
