Every country and family does their Jollof slightly differently, and we’re not getting in to who does it better. All I can say is, the Jollof Flavour Bomb tastes delicious and authentic! Just pop one in to your pot of rice, cover it with a lid wrapped with a tea towel (or some foil) and let all of the ingredients melt and infuse together with your rice. Whether you use long grain or basmati is up to you ;)
