I used to hate instant potatoes but not now with Idahoan mash. It’s really lovely, great as a pie topper, good to mix in with the likes of salmon, veg etc to make patties. An all round winner. My favs are, buttery, garlic and then cheese. Try mixing with half each of milk and water … delish!

I was a little unsure as always used potato But I was extremely impressed so butterey fluffy and taste better than I could make my family actually remarked how nice it was I will be buying idahoan mash from now on .
