Seller posted item but sadly Evri lost my parcel as always, Evri are the worst delivery service to go with. I had to get a refund through the TikTok Shop as seller declined a refund for an item I didn't receive. I understand it's not their fault that Evri lost the parcel but it isn't my fault either
