I have Spondyloarthritis & fybromyalgia & normally use Tiger balm to help with pain. I’ve recently developed severe dermatitis though so needed an alternative. I can confirm that this 100% helps with pain and I’m actually shocked at how good it is. Smells divine & a must if you suffer with similar💖

I reordered another 3 bottles of this & can’t be without it! I wrote a review before as I’m using it to help with pain caused by Spondyloarthritis & Fybromyalgia & I can’t recommend it enough as it works so well for me. It’s not harsh on the skin & has helped me through some really tough days!:)
