Deffo feels and looks smooth after first use. My hair is normally frizzy with loose curls and after I washed used hair dryer and it’s alright
Only thing is bottles are really small okay if you get it on sale not full price

The 11% Gloss Complex Conditioner with [Glycolic Acid] has a lightweight smoothing effect on hair, Use the Glycolic Gloss Shampoo and Conditioner for maximum shine to smoothen the fibre's surface. After using the Glycolic Gloss Shampoo apply from lengths to tips. Leave on for three minutes, then rinse. For maximum shine, follow with the Glycolic Gloss Rinse-Off 5-Minute Lamination Treatment and Leave-In Serum.
Step 3: Elvive Glycolic Gloss Leave-In Serum
Use as a finishing touch in the Glycolic Gloss routine. The 14% Gloss Complex Leave-In Serum with [Glycolic Acid] protects hair from heat damage & delivers up to 82% more shine, up to 54% more smoothness & up to 75% less frizz. Rub two drops between the palms of your hands. Apply evenly through the lengths and ends of wet or dry hair.
