It is very easy to use. Just fill with warm water and insert the flixible nozzle tip in the ear and gently squeeze the trigger. The wax debris start flowing out within 5-7mins of gentle flushing. I used it on a child with visible wax blockage and it worked a treat. Plenty of disposable tip as well.
